Sarah was introduced to the Ashtanga style yoga by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and has kept that influence in her yogajourney ever since. Ashtanga yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures producing intense internal heat that detoxifies the muscles and organs.
